What is included in the Step 5 price?

Your price includes Return-to-Duty testing coordination, confirmation of the required test type with your SAP, testing-site coordination, the applicable DOT test or tests, testing instructions, and Step 5 Clearinghouse reporting after the required qualifying result is received.

Are there separate testing fees?

The listed Step 5 price includes the applicable Return-to-Duty testing arranged through our service. You are not purchasing coordination first and then paying a separate standard testing fee afterward.

What if I do not know which test my SAP requires?

That is okay. We confirm the required Return-to-Duty testing with your SAP before ordering your test. You do not need to guess whether you need a drug test, alcohol test, or both.

When should I purchase Step 5 services?

You should complete your SAP follow-up evaluation and be determined eligible for Return-to-Duty testing before starting Step 5. If your SAP has not yet cleared you for testing, complete Steps 1–4 first.
