RTDStep5.com does not sell Clearinghouse information or use a driver’s Clearinghouse information for unrelated marketing purposes.
Where an employer or owner-operator is required to designate RTDStep5.com as a C/TPA, we may require that designation before accessing or performing certain Clearinghouse functions.
